On 21 March 2024, the UN Global Compact in Ukraine, together with ExPro, held an online discussion “Guarantees of Origin as a tool for financing the green transition” as part of the Ukraine Energy Initiative.
The event brought together speakers from the NEURC, the State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving, Market Operator JSC, Guaranteed Buyer SE, DTEK Renewables, KNESS and ALTELAW to discuss the mechanism for implementing guarantees of electricity origin from renewable sources and their impact on the market and green transition in Ukraine and was moderated by Vitaliy Opryshko, Head of the Ukrainian Energy Initiative, and Daria Orlova, editor of ExPro Electricity.
The following speakers joined the online event:
