DIGITAL NETWORK DUPLICATE TOOL IN THE KYIV, DNIPRO, ODESA POWER GRIDS
Project goal: build a digital network model for long-term planning of network development.
Target indicators of the project: digital network model, implementation of the process of online priority update and optimization of investments in network development.
Scope of the project: implementation of an IT tool and integration with the company’s existing software (GIS/SCADA/MDM), Construction of a digital model of the Kyiv regional, Kyiv, Dnipro, and Odesa power grids.

AUTOMATION OF THE 10KV NETWORK OF KYIV REGIONAL POWER GRIDS
Project goals: reducing the duration of interruptions in power supply to customers in the event of network outages, localization of damage sites, increasing the visibility of network parameters, Reducing the time of searching for damaged network sections
Target indicators of the project: Reduction of SAIDI by 505 minutes, OPEX savings, Reduction of technological losses of electricity in the network, Creation of capacity reserve.

REPLACEMENT OF OVERLOADED POWER TRANSFORMERS IN KYIV REGIONAL POWER GRIDS
Project goals: replacement of overloaded power transformers at 35-150 kV substations and 6-10 kV substations with higher power level transformers without the need for reconstruction of the construction part of the substation. Implementation of power transformers with eco-design in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation and European standards.
Target indicators of the project: reduction of losses, creation of reserve capacity, improvement of ESG rating.
Project volume: 44 units. ST on PS 35-150kV; 3,499 units ST on TP 6-10kV.

TRANSFER OF 6-10KV OVERHEAD POWER LINES IN THE KYIV REGIONAL POWER GRIDS WITHIN THE CITY/FOREST AREAS TO CABLE
Project goal: reducing the duration of interruptions in power supply to customers by increasing the stability of the network and preventing part of the outages caused by vegetation. Saving operating costs for emergency repairs and emergency and a part of the planned inspections of aerial networks in the cabling of the network.
Target indicators of the project: reduction of SAIDI by 301 minutes, OPEX savings
Scope of the project: transfer of sections of 6-10kV overhead networks with a length of 3,210 km to cable

The goal of the project: Ensuring modern requirements and challenges regarding the reliability and flexibility of the network due to the implementation of control systems, automation of damage localization management, power reserves, overloads, optimal power distribution, distributed generation and RES in real time mode.

Project goal: reducing the duration of interruptions in power supply to customers due to the capabilities of the innovative system to detect a critical condition and prevent the future breakdown of the insulation of cable lines and timely bring the line into repair and prevent emergency power outages of customers
